The Tech Refresh Program is an ongoing FCEA initiative converting donated laptops into fully functional computers for families in need.
Students who receive computers participate in hands-on workshops to refurbish and configure their own devices, building digital literacy, ownership, and long-term confidence.

Hardware Acquisition
- Donations from corporations, government agencies, and IT refresh cycles
- Cash donations for missing parts (power supplies, RAM, drives)
Refurbishment Workshops
- Led by volunteers, tech mentors, or partner IT professionals
- Students clean, install OS, update drivers, test equipment
Tech Club Membership
- Quarterly meetups
