Corporate Gaming League

 The Corporate Gaming League (CGL), powered by the First Coast Esports Alliance (FCEA) and hosted at Keiser University Jacksonville, is a new local initiative designed to reimagine workplace engagement through competitive and social gaming. Modeled after traditional company sports leagues, the CGL brings the camaraderie and teamwork of softball or basketball leagues into the digital era — through esports and technology-driven play.

Purpose & Concept

The Corporate Gaming League provides companies with a structured, seasonal competition where employees, contractors, and family members can represent their organization in friendly gaming matches. The goal is to strengthen corporate culture, promote employee wellness, and build community connections through inclusive, accessible, and entertaining esports experiences.

Proceeds from the League will be used to support community technology education and events for youth and young adults in the Jacksonville, Florida and surrounding areas.  First Coast Esports Alliance is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.
